Last updated: 8/2/2025

1. Service Overview

MixSplit ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered audio stem separation service through our website and associated applications (collectively, "the Service"). By using MixSplit, you agree to these terms of service. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use of MixSplit constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

By using MixSplit, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities conducted through it. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in violation of any third-party rights.

3. Audio Processing and Copyright

MixSplit uses artificial intelligence to separate audio tracks into individual stems (vocals, drums, bass, and other instruments). You retain all rights to your original audio files and the resulting separated stems. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and modify any audio files you upload. MixSplit does not store or distribute copyrighted content and is not responsible for any copyright violations resulting from your use of the Service.

4. Service Usage and Limitations

The Service is provided for personal and commercial use subject to this agreement. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software. We reserve the right to impose usage limits, modify features, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

5. Privacy and Data Usage

Your use of MixSplit is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process only the data necessary to provide our services. Uploaded audio files are processed securely and are not shared with third parties without your consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MixSplit is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the stem separation results will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MixSplit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from or relating to the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MixSplit at our discretion, particularly in cases of terms violation or suspected abuse of the Service. Upon termination, any remaining credits or unused services may be forfeited.
